Majal Design School will participate in the Designer Christmas Fair at Bossa Nova Hotel in Hazmieh this December. It will represent 19 students and instructors who built brands in jewelry and textile during the course of their work or study at Majal.
The fair will take place on December 19 to 22, from 11am until 8pm. It comes, as the organizers put it, “bolder than ever, packed with the most exclusive, edgy and rule-breaking Lebanese talents.”
Majal will also run four workshops during the fair, including peyote ring making, smocking, bracelet weaving and storytelling through textiles.
“Participation in this fair is part of our effort to promote our community of students and instructors,” Yasmine Dabbous, Majal executive manager, explained. “Majal is a school with a mission, and this mission is to help students create, build and scale their design businesses.”
